"50 Loopers are trapped in Lake Michican, due to Corps of Engineers inducing 2 volts electricity for a test. they are not allowing any pleasure craft without metal hulls to pass. there is commercial tow operator charging $600 to tow fiberglass pleasure boat 7/10 mile through the test area."

out how to do that last year and even the websites you could
find were rather cryptic or far too technical.
